“Il Borgo”, divided into lots, with a total surface area of 100.000 mq, is sited in the northern part of Grosseto with easy connection to the city centre.
It is placed on an elevated zone so that there is no risk of flooding. In the breeze of Mistral, on a little hillock, “ Il Parco Residenziale il Borgo” develops around little internal “protected” streets overlooking single-family and two-family villas.

The little internal streets are made of rose-coloured asphalt which integrates with the surrounding architecture. The walks have aged flooring comparable to old style , with an aesthetic result which evoke a typical atmosphere of the past; the parking areas are of Green Parking.

The green public area next to the residential zone, which is not a possession of our housing estate, consists of a 50.000 mq green area covered in grass and groves with valuable urban equipment. You can reach the grove on the top of this green area walking along the internal street network we have just described.
